Churchsettle Farm Fishery provides some excellent coarse and carp fishing on a secluded lake approx 2 acres in size set in picturesque surroundings in Wadhurst, East Sussex.
Established in 1993, the well stocked lake has depths varying from 3ft to 7ft with many fish holding areas such as lily pads and shady areas. Churchsettle Farm Fishery allows a maximum 6 fishermen at any one time on the lake to avoid overcrowding, so booking is advisable.

Parking and toilet facilities are a 5 minute walk away.
Best Baits:
Natural foods including luncheon meat, maggots, sweetcorn, pepperami, plus crust and dog biscuits on the surface.

- No litter
- LIMITED boilies & ground bait ( to preserve water quality )
We are three Anglers of fine quality and respect all fish and surrounding land, We would like to ask if we could book the lake for one day and one night, we have all quality tackle unhooking mats etc, very Carp friendly and if this was possible we would book in a weekday. There would be no litter/fires etc and would leave the lake as we find it. If this would be at all possible we would keep this to ourselves and guarantee knowone else would find out that we did a night and day there.
