Borde Hill runs a private fishing syndicate on the lakes in the Parkland of the estate in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Benefits of a membership to the syndicate will include the use of a designated parking area and provide access to the lakes twenty four hours per day. There will be no closed season and night fishing will also be permitted for members. This will be a private syndicate run and policed by members and therefore no day tickets will be issued in the future.

There are two lakes, one with 40 swims and one with 30 swims, stocked with a good head of Carp (with several 20lb +), Roach, Rudd, Chub, and record Perch 5lbs have also been caught.
