Vermuyden Lake at Fenland Fisheries is a heavily stocked, former gravel pit of 2-3 acres Close to St Ives, Cambridgeshire offering day and night ticket carp fishing.

There are 200+ carp to over 30lb with virtually all of the stock over 10lbs. Located close to St Ives and Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire. The fishery is very popular with those new to carp fishing and also experienced anglers who enjoy plenty of arm-aching action. The carp respond well to all methods, but the conventional tactics of ledgering hair-rigged boilies on two rods tends to pick up the lake’s larger specimens. The lake has a very good reputation for winter fishing, with carp being caught on the coldest of days. Both day and night tickets are available all year round.

The Trout Lake at Earith Lakes Fisheries, located in Cambridgeshire close to St Ives and Huntingdon has been run as a trout lake for the past 25 years with a small number of carp being left to their own devices over this time.

Trout fishing has now stopped with the majority of trout being removed and approx 70 carp introduced in February 2017 prior to opening. These fish weighed between 12 and 23lb to boost the original stock, numbers of which are unknown. Fish are growing fast with several fish over 30lb being caught; the current lake record is an original common of over 35lb. A further 40 fish are planned to be introduced in early 2018

Woodpecker Lake at Earith Lakes Fisheries is an exclusive carp fishing Syndicate Lake in Rural Cambridgeshire!

Located close to St Ives and Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire, Woodpecker is a mature and established lake set in beautiful countryside. Originally stocked in the 1980’s then used as a trout lake for approx. 20 years, the syndicate was established in 2011 and has grown year on year. Fish have been chipped over the years to create an accurate record of stock, growth rates and general condition with approximately 120 known fish including 30 over 30lb, six of these are over 40lb and a lake record is currently 49lb plus. There are approximately 60 original Commons a handful of original Mirrors with the remainder being Mirrors stocked over the past 5 years.

The Meadows is located close to St Ives and Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire, approximately 26 acres in size with an average depth of 12ft, but going down to over 40ft at its deepest point. 2015 and 16 and 17 have been total sell outs for which we would like to thank you all, therefore we advise you to book early to avoid disappointment. Fishing is not easy but if you get a bite it could well be a PB. We estimate the Meadows boasts 80+ fish over 40lb with maybe 20 over 50lb and an impressive lake record of 68lb.
