The Dorset Stour at Parley is controlled by Ringwood & District Anglers Association and offers over a mile of excellent coarse fishing. The River Stour varies in depth here but averages around 5 ft.
Chub fishing here is fantastic with fish to 8lb and this stretch of the Dorset Stour also holds the odd barbel, some decent sized roach, chub and dace too. Some pike are also present
