First I would like to introduce myself. My name is Clive Stubbington I am a 49 year old Tattooist from Twickenham in London and I am a saltwater fishing fanatic who has decided to take on what I feel is a big task as I will be fishing beaches from Dover in Kent all round the south coast to Lands End in cornwall to raise money for the R.N.L.I.
The marathon will start on 28 M ay 2011 and will last for about 5 weeks.
Many companies (not just fishing) have donated some great prizes for the
raffle that I have organised, tickets will be on sale from myself at all
venues and also on the road.
I have a web site for the marathon it shows sponsors and much
more ...
www.ivejustgonefishing.com
I can be found at every venue as
there will be R.N.L.I flags and Ii will be wearing R.N.L.I t-shirts so I
can`t be missed. I`m sure you will all agree as do I that this is for a
good cause as everyone in the R.N.L.I who go out in all weather and
rough sea`s put their lives at risk to save others who need help.
The R.N.L.I get no government help so they rely on us (the public) to
show them support which I`m sure we will do during the 5 weeks. Anyone
can come and join me at any venue (dates and venues are on the web site)
to fish or just to give support. I will keep my eyes open for you and
look forward to meeting you all for a chat.
If anyone would like to make
