With un-seasonally good weather for the time of year, carp anglers at Bury Hill Fisheries have been catching record numbers of thirties with over 20 thirties reported in just the past couple of weeks. BRASENOSE ONE 16 Feb Lewis Wood fished a day only session and landed nine fish up to 16lb using "Carp Balls" pop-ups fished at range. BRASENOSE ONE: Fishing Brasenose-1 Michelle Marriott had four carp up to 16lb 13oz during her first ever trip using fusion boilies. Trout Fishing:- During very sunny days of this dry May, Trout have only been landed during the last hour of each day, as the shadows grew longer and the temperature dropped.
