Angling Trust seeking talented anglers to compete in a feeder trial

Preston Innovations England Feeder Team Manager, Tom Pickering is looking for talented anglers to compete in a Feeder trial on Sunday 18th September 2011.

Angling TrustThe trial will take place on Lake One at Attenborough Gravel Pits, Nottinghamshire.  Ticket money of £2.50 will be collected on the day.  The trial will be fished to FIPS international rules and all anglers to fish open and block feeders at 40 and 70 metres.

The trial will help to select 15 anglers to fish alongside the team from 2011 and will not be the top 6 anglers.  The trial is to show the management the angler’s skills, and whether they have the temperament, drive and desire to help build a squad of anglers for the future.

If anyone is interested in taking part in the trial please supply a cv to include; full name, address, email address, date of birth, home and mobile contact telephone numbers, and the last 5 years of feeder angling results and send to Sandra Drew, Competitions & Events Manager, Angling Trust, Strelley Hall, Strelley, Nottingham. NG8 6PE or email; sandra.drew@anglingtrust.net by no later than 5th September.
