Another 54 angling projects have benefitted from a share of £200,000 from the Angling Improvement Fund (AIF). Administered by the Angling Trust in partnership with the Environment Agency, the AIF reinvests income from rod licence sales into ventures that aid freshwater fishing nationwide. This year the fabulous Partridge Lakes complex in Cheshire played host to the Angling Trust Cadets and Junior Angling Championships on Saturday 25th June 2016. Sadly the numbers of teams taking part was very disappointing.
